A: The pool is open daily May 1st – September 15th from 8 AM - 10 PM.
Q: How many guests can I have at the pool?
A: Members may have up to 4 guests. Guests must be accompanied by a member at all times.

Q: Is alcohol allowed at the pool?
A: Use of alcohol is strictly prohibited at the pool.

Q: How can I obtain a vendor code for a delivery/service?
A: All entries use the same gate code. Please distribute the code with caution.
Q: Where can I get a gate access device?
A: Please click HERE for a gate access device.
Q: How long does it take for my request to be fulfilled and how will I receive my device?
A: Please allow up to 7 business days from form submission to receive your access device. When your access device is ready for pick up, you will receive an email notification. You can choose to either have your device mailed to you or pick it up at your local Goodwin office.
Q: How do I pay for my gate access remote?
